TRINITY REHABILITATION SERVICES, LLC (”TRINITY”, “We” or “Our”) is committed to protecting the privacy of Personal Information you may provide to the TRINITY website (“Site”).  The following Privacy Policy explains how Personal Information is collected, used and disclosed by TRINITY.  This Privacy Policy, along with the TRINITY’S Terms of Use, are the only rules that govern your use of the Site.

TRINITY collects personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) that you voluntarily provide on-line when you use certain features on the Site. Examples include workshops, when you submit a Resume and when you use our Contact page.  “Personal Information” is any information that identifies you personally, either alone or in combination with other information available to us.  Examples of “Personal Information” include your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, or age.

When you use the Site, aggregate information that does not personally identify you is automatically collected through standard web technology practices, including Internet Protocol (IP) address, access times, browser type and language, and the last website you visited before our Site.  We may also collect information about your usage and activity on the Site thru the use of “Cookies”.  “Cookies” are small data files sent to your browser by our Site when you visit.  Each time you visit the Site, cookies, pixels or other scripts may record basic, technical information, such as your domain name and the address of the last website visited prior to the Site.

 

What We Do With The Personal Information We Collect

California Do Not Track

California law requires Us to say how we respond to Do Not Track (DNT) signals. Because there is currently no industry standard for recognizing or honoring DNT, we do not currently respond to DNT signals.

 

Information From Children

TRINITY does not knowingly solicit or collect Personal Information on its Site from children under the age of 13.  Parents and guardians are asked to instruct their children not to provide any Personal Information on the Site.  If we learn that such information is sent to the Site, we will not attempt to create a profile or otherwise retain the information.

The Site may include links to websites, products or services that TRINITY does not own or operate (“Third Party Websites”).  Once you leave our Site, TRINITY’S Privacy Policy no longer applies.  We encourage you to read the Privacy Policy of those Third-Party Websites before providing Personal Information to its operators.

We maintain administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect the Personal Information you voluntarily provide to TRINITY against loss, misuse, disclosure or destruction.  However, the information you submit to Us is not encrypted and no data transmission over the internet is 100% secure.  While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee or warrant the security of the information you voluntarily provide online and We will not be liable for disclosure of your Personal Information due to errors in transmission or unauthorized acts of third-parties.
