The interpersonal relationship I continue to have with our corporate and regional personnel has afforded me the opportunities to work indifferent settings, different states, and with different clientele all within this same company which makes coming to work much more interesting.  They go out of their way to offer new opportunities to retain quality employees which does make me feel valued, something that unfortunately feels hard to come by a site clinician. These are just some of the many reasons I chose to transition from PRN to a full-time employee with this company, and this company only.
