Trinity Rehab Services is a full solution provider of contract Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy services in post-acute care settings. Our Clinical Care services and programs are evidence-based and outcome-focused and adapt to the unique needs of the individuals we serve.

Consulting services

Trinity Rehab Services can assist providers in maximizing reimbursement to ensure financial success through auditing. Audits may be completed to address overall documentation and compliance, or to address a more specific concern such as those highlighted by the PEPPER Report or SNF PUF. Throughout the auditing process we assist providers in focusing educational efforts and tracking results.
Trinity Rehab Services can review and audit records to ensure:
Compliance with Medicare regulations for MAC, RAC, UPIC, CERT, and OIG readiness.
Support for medically necessary care.
Backing for ADLs in relation to therapy and/or RUG scoring.
Positive impact on CMI and/or quality reporting.
Trinity Rehab Services can provide education and resources for managing claims throughout the medical review process; from an Additional Documentation Request through the Final steps of the Appeal Process. We assist our partners with traditional Medicare and other insurer FFS claims and value-based claims related to inpatient, outpatient, and home health services. This includes reviews by the MAC, RAC, CERT, UPIC, or OIG.

Restorative Nursing Program Management Support

At Trinity Rehab Services we can support Restorative Nursing Programs. These are primarily concerned with nursing interventions that promote the resident's ability to adapt and adjust to living as independently and safely as possible. Under the direction of a Registered Nurse, Trinity Rehab Services can provide the following supportive services:

  • Coordinate and collaborate transition from end of therapy into Restorative Nursing Programs.
  • Educate and train Restorative Nursing staff and monitor competencies
  • Follow-up and audit the Restorative Nursing Program for improvements and Survey preparation.
  • Support Restorative Nurse Manager, hire staff, manage day to day services of this program.
